Youll work onsite with a manageable caseload of 50-60 elementary students during a maternity leave assignment, collaborating with talented teams and learning from a variety of leadership styles. Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent
  • Current, valid Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; new Clinical Fellows also welcome
  • School-based and pediatric caseload experience a plus
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, treatment, and progress reporting for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
  • Foster positive student engagement and communication growth
