Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school populations
- Proficiency working with varied disability types and age groups (elementary and middle school)
- Familiarity with telepractice platforms or a willingness to learn
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in K-8, adapting interventions to individual needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
- Travel between two local sites, ensuring continuity of care and services
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed
