Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Connecticut (or eligible for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience providing speech and language therapy to pediatric populations, ideally in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and goal-setting
• Collaborative spirit and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to help students reach their goals
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Team up with teachers, counselors, and parents to provide holistic support
