Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations in schools strongly preferred
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement tailored therapy plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across a variety of grades
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and utilize data to inform treatment planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress, following school and regulatory guidelines
• Engage with families and caregivers to support students communication development
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing collaboration with teaching staff
