Desired Background and Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship eligibility
• Experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEPs and collaborative practices in educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students speech, language, and communication strengths and needs
• Develop and implement targeted therapy interventions for students aged preschool through high school
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Educate school staff and families about supporting speech-language development
