Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience supporting pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Innovative, patient, and committed to evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as needed
• Deliver direct therapy sessions to address articulation, language, fluency, and social-pragmatic needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEP goals
• Document progress, maintain records, and prepare required reports in a timely manner
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
• Offer support and education for families and school staff to enhance carryover and generalization of skills
