Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
• School-based SLP experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a focused elementary caseload of approximately 83 students.
• Assess, develop, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student progress.
• Provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment, supporting students social and academic development.
