Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current Delaware SLP CCC license required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred but not required
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Flexible, positive attitude and strong team spirit

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in various grade levels during summer school
• Conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, progress monitoring, and maintaining necessary documentation
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to support students' academic and social communication goals
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to IEP process as needed
• Engaging with families and caregivers to ensure holistic support for each student
