Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Delaware license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CCC required)
• Prior experience supporting school-age populations preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments in accordance with IEP requirements
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to education
