Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also considered
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and evidence-based therapy interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required by the school setting
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students educational and communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development opportunities
• Utilize a variety of materials and technology to engage students in therapy sessions
