This contract position focuses on delivering high-quality speech-language therapy to school-aged children, helping them overcome barriers and reach their academic and personal goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Recent experience working in pediatrics or school-based environments
• Solid understanding of IEPs, assessments, and individualized therapy planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and interpret evaluation results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct therapy services to pre-K through high-school students, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, consult with educators and parents, and guide them on supporting student goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
