Requirements & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
• Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate approach to student needs, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
• Conduct screenings, re-evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide detailed reports to support students academic and social success
• Offer guidance and training to school staff to promote communicative competence within the classroom
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with district and state requirements
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where every student can thrive
