This full-time contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year and is perfect for both experienced SLPs (CCC) and those pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Within a supportive school community, youll help young learners achieve academic and social success through individualized speech and language services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Texas SLP license (required for all candidates)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews
- Deliver therapy services in individual, small group, or classroom settings as required by student needs
