Qualifications:

  • Current North Carolina SLP license
  • Valid NC DPI Special Service Personnel School SLP Credential
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent for SLP-CCC/CFY)
  • Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA with school-based experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and specialized documentation
  • Participate in professional development and school meetings
