Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility (CCC-SLP or CFY welcome)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school environment
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and a problem-solving approach to supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents, and other specialists to provide comprehensive support
- Track student progress, maintain thorough records, and prepare required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student planning
- Support classroom strategies, provide relevant training, and advocate for students with speech and language needs
