Job Description

What we're looking for:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Michigan
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in schools
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full time (37.5 hours/week)part-time applicants also considered
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K-5
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for integrated student care
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Offer consultative services and support for classroom strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
