Job Description

Step into a rewarding full-time opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to elementary students in a school setting, located in the Pensacola, FL area. This contract position runs from August 12, 2026, through May 25, 2027, and offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with on-site responsibilities. With a focus on direct student impact, youll support approximately 45 elementary-aged students as part of a collaborative team environment.

What Youll Need:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and CCC-SLP certification
  • School-based SLP experience (preferred)
  • Comfort working on-site and a commitment to student-centered support
  • Flexible, team-oriented mindset to thrive in a changing caseload across multiple campuses (final school assignments to be determined)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conducting assessments and maintaining detailed documentation of student progress
  • Collaborating closely with educators, school teams, and families to foster positive student outcomes
  • Adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs
  • Participating in IEP meetings and school-related team sessions as required
