Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Natick, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Contract)

Assignment Details

  • Start Date End Date: ASAP June 1 (potential extension through end of school year, mid-June)
  • Hours: Full-time preferred; open to candidates available at least 3 days per week
  • Caseload: Approximately 40 students
  • Grade Levels: K5

About the Role

Join Sunbelt Staffing as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a K5 caseload in Natick Public Schools. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation


Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
