Qualifications:
- Active Louisiana SLP license (required)
- Louisiana Teaching Certificate (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language services to students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise regarding communication disorders
