Imagine making a real impact by guiding K-12 students toward their communication goals in a supportive school community near Naples, ME. This full-time, onsite contract positions you to provide expert speech and language support throughout the entire 26/27 academic year, from August through June 2027. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and a tight-knit group of professionals, working with a caseload likely between 25-30 students.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Maine
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP and state guidelines
- Engage families in students progress and recommendations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
