Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), progress monitoring, and collaborative teamwork
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique needs
• Maintain accurate, timely records of sessions, progress, and communications
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social/pragmatic skills
• Support school staff with strategies and resources to help integrate therapy goals in the classroom
