Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), progress monitoring, and collaborative teamwork
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique needs
- Maintain accurate, timely records of sessions, progress, and communications
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social/pragmatic skills
- Support school staff with strategies and resources to help integrate therapy goals in the classroom
