Job Description
This full-time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity in Naples, FL, offers an engaging K-12 school environment for the 2025-2026 school year (ASAP through June 1, 2026). This contract position serves multiple school locations primarily in the East Zone, including Lehigh Acres, with Lexington Middle School as the southernmost site near Naples. Part-time schedules may also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with diverse communication needs.
- Manage caseloads that vary by assigned school site.
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or an active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship (CF) status.
- Completion of fingerprinting requirements through the AHCA Clearinghouse or willingness to initiate new prints.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple school settings.
