Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric healthcare settings is highly valued
- Competence in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide both in-person and teletherapy interventions as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student goals and progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in the field
