Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric healthcare settings is highly valued
• Competence in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
• Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide both in-person and teletherapy interventions as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student goals and progress
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in the field
