Your expertise in speech-language pathology will allow you to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students, fostering growth and confidence in their communication abilities. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Illinois SLP licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Experience delivering therapy to K-12 populations preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track progress
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
