Shape the future of student communication as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a dynamic educational environment near Naperville, IL. This contract position carries opportunities for both seasoned SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY), with three available openings supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Work full-time (37.5 hours/week) during the 2026-2027 school year and collaborate closely with educators, students, and families, truly making an impact.
Desired Skills and Credentials:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement
- Experience or interest in K-12 school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for making a difference in students learning and communication
- Ability to adapt interventions based on individual student needs
- Eligible to work onsite throughout the academic year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress toward goals
- Provide intervention for a range of communication disorders
- Support students academic and social inclusion by fostering effective communication skills
