Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Naperville, IL. This contract position spans the complete school year and involves onsite work supporting a diverse student population. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive speech and language services, including diagnostic evaluations and managing a small early childhood caseload of 9-10 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language diagnostics to assess student needs
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions for early childhood students
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student development
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school standards
  • Participate in team meetings to coordinate services and interventions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience working with K-12 populations and EC caseloads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to an educational environment
