Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Naperville, IL. This onsite contract role offers the opportunity to work with a focused caseload consisting primarily of diagnostics along with a small early childhood caseload of approximately 9-10 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and diagnostics
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and planning sessions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License (IL SLP License)
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a moderate caseload effectively
