Work full-time37.5 hours per weekserving a diverse elementary population and refining your clinical skills every day.
Qualifications:
- Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) with SLP Endorsement required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, school-based speech-language pathology, and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) support
- Background working with school-aged students (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and support teams
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and individualized therapy to students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and other specialists, to promote student success
- Maintain thorough progress documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Engage families in the therapy processsharing strategies and supporting carryover into home environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and school-wide initiatives
