Speech Language Pathologist - Early Childhood Caseload
Location: Near Oswego, IL (School Setting)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract

This position offers an opportunity for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with an early childhood caseload in a school environment near Oswego, IL. The role requires expertise in pediatric speech therapy within an educational setting, supporting the development and communication needs of young learners. Candidates should be licensed SLPs with experience or training in school-based settings, ideally holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and familiarity with early childhood programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for early childhood students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet student communication goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services through in-person and teletherapy as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP license required).
  • Experience working with early childhood or pediatric caseloads.
  • Familiarity with school-based speech therapy protocols and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with school personnel and families.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
  • Experience with teletherapy service delivery is a plus.
