Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates welcome
  • Previous experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads across a variety of grade levels (Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and High School) highly valued
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students across a range of ages
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs and educational goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize each students success
  • Provide direct and consultative services, adapting your approach for diverse learning environments
  • Offer support and training for teachers and family members when needed
