Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license
• Previous experience in school settings (Early Childhood, K-5, 6-8, 9-12, High School, Pre-K) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to establish rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School environments
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, update, and participate in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Adapt strategies to meet a diverse range of student needs
• Participate in school-based meetings and professional development sessions
