Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations across Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school grades
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaborating with teachers and families
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students in Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting, documentation, and progress reports
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers to maximize student outcomes
• Integrate research-based practices and adapt interventions as needed for multiple age groups
