Job Description
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting in Napa, CA, for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role involves working onsite with PreK and Kindergarten students, supporting a caseload of approximately 25-35 children.
Location: Napa, CA
Position Type: Contract, School Year (8/20/2026 6/4/2027)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Setting: PreK & Kindergarten within a K-12 school
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to young learners, focusing on early identification and intervention
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license required; candidates from other states willing to apply for California licensure will be considered
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals
This position requires physical onsite presence to effectively serve the student population.
