Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledgeable in providing speech, language, and communication support for diverse student needs
• Capable of organizing and managing K-12 caseloads according to IEPs and school guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students speech and language abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to support students communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate progress documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure integrated student support
• Provide resources, strategies, and education to families and staff members when needed
