Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates with strong pediatric focus
- Expertise in school-based and healthcare settings a plus
- Experienced in teletherapy service delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and parent engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement targeted therapies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and caregivers as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and communicate regularly with families
- Utilize technology and best practices for teletherapy sessions, as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the success of each student
