Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates with strong pediatric focus
  • Expertise in school-based and healthcare settings a plus
  • Experienced in teletherapy service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and parent engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement targeted therapies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and caregivers as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Document progress, maintain compliance, and communicate regularly with families
  • Utilize technology and best practices for teletherapy sessions, as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the success of each student
