A full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in a school setting located in Mustang, OK. This onsite role involves providing speech therapy services to students across grades K-12, focusing on pediatric speech and language development within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required.
- Experience working as an SLP in pediatric and school settings is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and staff members.
