A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Murrieta, CA, serving school settings with a travel component. This role focuses on providing specialized speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients within educational environments, combining clinical expertise and school-based practice to support student communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school regulations.
- Utilize evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to intervention planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy.
- Familiarity with school-based SLP roles and responsibilities.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Ability to work independently while traveling to various school sites.
- Knowledge of healthcare and educational regulations relevant to speech-language services.
- Supportive experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in school or healthcare settings is a plus.
Location: This position is based in Murrieta, California, with travel required to multiple school locations within the region.
