An opening on a contract basis is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support three middle schools in Murrieta, CA. This full-time, onsite position involves delivering speech and language services directly to students within the school setting.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions for students with speech and language impairments. The role requires collaboration with school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure is mandatory
- Experience working as an SLP in educational settings, including pediatric populations
- Knowledge of teletherapy is a plus but this role is primarily onsite
- Ability to manage caseloads in middle school environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
