Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in K-12 education is needed for a contract position lasting the entire school year. This role is based in Murrieta, CA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) preferred
  • Experience in both healthcare and school settings beneficial
  • Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) experience in school or healthcare settings may also be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with school protocols
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success
