Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations, particularly at the high school level
- Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills
Responsibilities:
- Serve a single high school with direct therapy and assessment
- Manage a diverse caseload of roughly 45-50 students
- Create and implement student-centered therapy plans
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
