In this full-time role, youll work primarily in person, directly supporting a caseload at the elementary level. Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Indiana
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students ages PreKelementary (approximate caseload: 83)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
