What Youll Bring:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP, CCC-SLP, or willingness to complete CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric populations or in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable with in-person and/or teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative spirit, with the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to K12 students
- Assessing and documenting student progress toward IEP goals
- Developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with teachers and families
- Managing a caseload across 12 school sites
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting compliance with all relevant regulations
