Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience with school-aged children and knowledge of IEP processes is highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify communication needs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with educational teams, families, and other support staff
• Support staff with resources and strategies to promote communication in the classroom
