Schedule: Full-Time (MondayFriday)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Mount Vernon, OH for the upcoming 20262027 school year. This full-time role serves an elementary caseload (K5) of approximately 50 students, providing a great balance of direct therapy and collaboration with staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to K5 students
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio SLP license
• Previous school-based experience is a plus
