A fantastic contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist interested in supporting students either virtually or on-site for 25 hours per week through June 2026. This role is centered on providing high-quality speech and language services in educational settings, positively impacting students growth and communication abilities.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms for remote sessions
- Knowledge and understanding of the IEP process in educational settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, individualized speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students needs
- Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with educational staff and families
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports as required
