Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license (or eligibility) for TN SLP credentialing
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Background in pediatric speech therapy, school-based SLP, and teletherapy
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a short-term assignment and work effectively within an educational multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with teachers and special education staff
- Deliver services onsite and via teletherapy platforms when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- Communicate progress and strategies with parents and staff
