Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state license (or eligibility) for TN SLP credentialing
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Background in pediatric speech therapy, school-based SLP, and teletherapy
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a short-term assignment and work effectively within an educational multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication and language disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with teachers and special education staff
• Deliver services onsite and via teletherapy platforms when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
• Communicate progress and strategies with parents and staff
