Youll serve a caseload of approximately 53 elementary students, delivering the full range of speech-language pathology interventions within the school setting. Enjoy a flexible and understanding interview process, where candidate availability is accommodated to support a seamless transition into the position.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Ohio SLP license (required)
- Hold Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in elementary (K-5) caseload beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students with diverse needs
- Maintain thorough and accurate case notes per district and state standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success
