Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Completed SLP degree and credentials recognized in Illinois
  • Minimum of one year of school-based experience preferred
  • Ability to work the full 2025/26 school year (August 2026May 2027)
  • Comfortable managing caseloads across multiple sites
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in the Morris and Minooka regions
  • Serve a caseload including 39 students in Morris (33 direct, 6 consult) and 21 students with autism in Minooka
  • Collaborate with general and special education staff to develop and implement effective IEPs
  • Document progress and update reporting for each student
  • Engage in ongoing consultation (TLC/Nettle Creek assignments)
