Professional Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings
- Willingness and ability to travel among multiple school sites (Morris, Gardner, South Wilmington)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language screenings and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions on site
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to maximize student success
- Complete all required documentation and progress monitoring
