A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Morgan Hill, CA, offering an opportunity to provide essential therapy services in a school setting. This contract role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting pediatric clients through direct and indirect therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Provide indirect therapy support, including consultation and collaboration with educators and caregivers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with school staff and families
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP certification and licensure suitable for school-based practice
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not mandatory
- Strong skills in teletherapy as well as onsite therapy delivery
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently within an educational environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
