A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a school setting near Moreno Valley, CA. This role involves working onsite with a K-12 caseload, delivering specialized speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels. The position offers a structured schedule with 7.5-hour workdays, including a half-hour unpaid lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district protocols.
- Provide services in both direct therapy and consultative roles as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathology license in California.
- Experience working as a certified SLP in educational settings.
- Familiarity with pediatric speech therapy techniques and teletherapy preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) completion or equivalent professional experience.
Location:
- Onsite role based near Moreno Valley, CA, with services provided to students in surrounding areas including Hemet.
