Key Qualifications:
- Active California license as a Speech Language Pathologist or current CTC Credential
- Previous experience within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and inclusion
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and interventions
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Document and monitor progress, maintaining records in line with school and state guidelines
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
