This full-time, on-site position near Moreno Valley, CA, is open to Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a difference for children and adolescents. Youll collaborate with educators and families, addressing the diverse communicative needs of a pediatric population while building valuable professional relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
- California CTC certification required
- Experience in schools, pediatric, or clinical SLP settings; open to SLPA, CFY, or CCC
- Ability to commit to an on-site, full-time schedule for the current academic year
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach
- Solid understanding of assessment and intervention strategies for school-aged children
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Perform comprehensive assessments and document progress accurately
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, supporting IEP development
- Consult and communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation according to school policies
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment
This position features weekly pay, and a consistent schedule of 7-hour workdays with a half-hour unpaid lunch. Caseloads are designed to be manageable, and details will be discussed in the interview to ensure the best fit for your expertise and preferred work style.
