Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Moreno Valley, CA, within a school setting. This contract position seeks a skilled professional with experience in pediatrics, healthcare, and educational environments to support students' communication development and related needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Knowledge of school-based speech-language pathology practices
  • Experience as an SLPA in school or healthcare environments is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy to support students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to maximize student progress
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines related to school speech-language services
  • Document therapy sessions and progress reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other relevant school activities
